How do I place a custom order?
Simply select your product, choose color and size, enter your custom text (above/under the image where applicable), and add to cart. Once the order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@moovogue.com
What if I want to customize names, text, or year?
Enter your desired text in the fields provided. There are separate fields for text above and below the image. Ensure each field is used correctly. Our system will use exactly what you enter in each field.
Can I see the proof before production?
If your order includes a mockup or custom text preview within our system, you’ll see it before production. If a manual proof is required (for more complex designs), we’ll send it to you for approval before printing.
Are there character limits?
Yes — to ensure quality and readability, we recommend keeping text short and within the character limits shown on the product page.
Design & Image Guidelines
What if I upload a photo or image?
We accept high-resolution images; JPG, PNG, or similar formats. The clearer the image, the better your final result will be. If the file is too low resolution, we may contact you for a better version.
Can I use copyrighted or trademarked artwork?
Customers must have the legal right to use any logos or graphics they upload. We may reject designs that infringe on intellectual property laws.
Quality & Expectation
Will my design look exactly like the website mockup?
Mockups are intended as visual guides. Actual print size and placement may vary slightly due to garment sizing and production processes.
Why does my text look smaller/larger than expected?
Designs are scaled to fit the specific garment and size proportionally. This optimizes readability and balance.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production time varies depending on order volume and customization. After production, shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout. Expedited options are available for an additional cost.
Why does tracking show delivered but I haven’t received it?
Occasionally carriers update tracking early or leave packages in unexpected locations. Please check your mailbox, neighbors, or contact your local carrier with the provided tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address or delivery date?
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or guarantee delivery by a specific date. You can contact the carrier directly with the tracking number to request address hold or redirection.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
If your order has not entered production, we can modify or cancel it. Once production has begun, changes are generally not possible.
What if I entered the wrong text or spelling?
If you contact us before production starts, we can correct it. After production begins, changes are not possible — this is why our Final Approval step is important.
Can I change my shipping address or delivery date?

Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or production error. If a mistake was made on our end, we will replace or refund as appropriate.
Can I get a refund if the item doesn’t arrive by a certain date?
Shipping delays can occur due to carrier volume or holidays. We do not issue refunds for carrier delays, but we can assist with tracking and options such as rerouting with the carrier.
