Refund policy
At Moovogue, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel with careful attention to detail. Every item is made to order, and while we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If something isn’t right, we’re committed to resolving it fairly and professionally.
Scope of Policy
All Moovogue products are custom-made based on the customer’s selected design, personalization details, garment type, size, and color. Because of the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference-related reasons.
When Returns or Replacements Are Eligible
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
The item arrives misprinted, flawed, or damaged
The issue is the result of our production process or materials
The issue occurred during shipping
The problem must not be caused by customer-submitted artwork, incorrect customization details, or post-delivery handling.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
Do not return any items unless instructed to do so.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:
Reprint the affected item(s), or
Issue a refund for the defective portion of the order
What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
Orders where the customer changes their mind
Incorrect size, color, or design approved before production
Minor variations in color, placement, or garment tone (these are normal in custom production)
Items damaged after delivery due to washing, misuse, or normal wear
Claims submitted after 7 business days from delivery
Shipping & Return Costs
If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the cost of reprinting and re-shipping.
Shipping fees for non-defective items are non-refundable.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once printing or embroidery has started, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
If a cancellation is approved prior to production, a processing or restocking fee may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Moovogue’s liability is limited to the cost of the affected item(s) only.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, business, or profits.
Policy Updates
Moovogue reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
