Shipping policy

At Moovogue, we are committed to producing and delivering your custom apparel efficiently, securely, and with care. All orders are produced and shipped from our Santa Ana, California studio using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Production & Processing Time

All Moovogue products are made to order.

Our standard production time is up to 7 business days from the date your order details and artwork are approved. This includes embroidery or printing, finishing, and final quality inspection prior to shipment.

Please note:

Production times may vary during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship domestic orders via UPS Ground, which includes tracking and reliable delivery.
Alternative carriers such as FedEx or USPS may be used based on destination, order size, or customer request when available.

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise confirmed in advance.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more unless otherwise stated.

Orders below $100 are subject to standard shipping fees based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Rush & Expedited Shipping

Rush production or expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Availability must be confirmed before ordering

Customers are responsible for all rush production and expedited shipping fees

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier, not Moovogue

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations.

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

Moovogue is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing items, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes requested after shipment may not be possible

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees

Moovogue is not responsible for delays or loss due to address errors provided at checkout

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Typical domestic delivery estimates:

FedEx / USPS: Varies by service level selected

Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance are outside of our control.
