SECTION 6 – CUSTOM ORDERS & PRODUCTION APPROVAL
All Moovogue products are custom-produced based on customer-selected options, including design, personalization, size, garment type, and color.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before submitting an order. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Moovogue is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.
